We offer 30 days of migration-specific support to address any issues or fine-tune your system. For clients needing ongoing assistance, we provide retainer services to help manage backend systems and workflows.
The cost of migration depends on the size and complexity of your system, with prices starting at $750. The first step is to fill out our intake form so we can evaluate your specific needs and provide a customized quote tailored to your business.
We do not recommend working on your account during the migration process. Making changes to your sequences, workflows, or data can lead to duplication of work, testing issues, and inconsistencies.
If you need to make updates, we recommend completing any sequences, workflows, or automations in your current ESP before the migration begins. This ensures a smoother transition and minimizes the risk of errors or misaligned data.
We migrate from all platforms, including Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and others. Please add your ESP to the intake form, if it is not listed, please add it to the form.
Absolutely not. We ensure every contact, tag, and sequence is transferred with care and validated for accuracy during the migration.
