Tech BFF - Done in 24 Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Melorna Lloyd LLC as Blue Door Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to the Client (“you” or “your”) for the Tech BFF services, including the “Done in 24” Black Friday setup and any associated add-ons. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services
Our services include configuration, automation, and technical setup as outlined in the package you select. Additional support, such as Live Launch Support, may be purchased and provides real-time assistance during your live launch day. Each service is customized to the goals established during the Project Kickoff Call.

3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service delivery, you are responsible for the following:

  • Timely Access: You must provide secure and complete access to required systems (e.g., ESP, website platform) within 3 business days of booking.
  • Information Accuracy: Complete all requested intake forms with accurate and up-to-date information. Delays in providing access or completing forms may result in project rescheduling, and rescheduling fees may apply.
  • Security Protocols: For your protection, all sensitive credentials should be shared via secure methods (e.g., LastPass). Failure to use secure sharing methods or providing incomplete access may impact project timelines.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or the need to reschedule services. Rescheduling fees may apply.

4. Project Process
Our project process includes:

  • Project Kickoff Call: We’ll schedule an initial call to discuss your goals, clarify project details, and outline the agreed-upon scope of work.
  • Dedicated Setup Day: The Tech BFF “Done in 24” setup will be completed in a single day. During this time, all configurations, automations, and integrations will be implemented and tested according to our discussed plan.
  • Progress Updates: You’ll receive regular updates via our project management system, keeping you informed at key stages throughout the process.
  • Completion Review: Upon setup completion, you’ll receive a walkthrough video summarizing your setup’s structure and functionality, along with guidance on navigating the system.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the tailored nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Service Packages: Once project work has commenced, no refunds are available, as resources have been allocated specifically for your setup.
  • Cancellations Prior to Project Start: If you wish to cancel before the project kickoff call or access has been granted, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Live Launch Support Add-On: The Live Launch Support add-on is non-refundable once launch day support has begun, due to the real-time nature of this service.

If you have questions regarding our refund policy, please reach out prior to the start of your project.

6. Post-Launch Support
Upon project completion, you will have access to a post-setup support call to answer questions or provide further guidance. This call is limited to 30 minutes and covers your setup. For additional assistance beyond this scope, separate support packages are available.

7. Confidentiality and Data Security
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Sensitive data, such as login credentials, should be shared via secure platforms like LastPass. Any data breaches resulting from failure to use secure sharing methods are not the responsibility of Melorna Lloyd LLC as Blue Door Labs. We adhere to industry best practices for data protection and confidentiality.

8. Limitation of Liability
While we are dedicated to providing reliable and professional services, Melorna Lloyd LLC as Blue Door Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misconfiguration of systems. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to client misconfigurations, platform outages, or third-party service malfunctions. Clients are responsible for monitoring their systems post-setup to ensure continued performance.

9. Amendments to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Melorna Lloyd LLC as Blue Door Labs at any time. Clients will be notified in writing of any amendments. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Mexico, USA
